  • For pencil/ fitted dresses or skirts- your hips measurement is the most important measurement.
  • For  pants, shorts, jumpsuits, rompers, fitted skirts etc,  your hip measurement should be the main focus.. 
  • For Maxi dresses, Infinity tops and Shirt dresses etc, your waist is the most important measurement 
  • For sleeved dresses with zipper closure, chose a size pick a size according to your largest measurement in your bust or waist.
  • For Jumpsuits, your waist and hip measurements is the most important.
  • our clothes are made from Ankara fabric which is 100% cotton so it has no stretch

  WHERE IS MY ORDER?

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.
  • Use tracking information provided as the time shipping to track your order.
  • For missing order, please contact your local post office or courier to enquire, if after contacting them, you still need assistance regarding your order, please contact us at cs@soukandsikaa.com and one of our Customer Care Team representatives will be happy to assist you.

  HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

  Contact us at cs@soukandsikaa.com  with your cancellation request within 2 hours of placing an order, otherwise it will be too late to do as we process our orders pretty quickly.

  HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

  Unfortunately we do not. All transactions are made online through our website.

  I BOUGHT A PRE-ORDER ITEM, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

  All pre-order items have a shipping date in the description.

  If your order has a pre-order item, all the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost

  I NEED MY ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE?

  If you need your order by a specified date, kindly contact us before placing your order to make sure it is possible to get it by that date

• Delivery Policy

  TENTATIVE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

  We ship worldwide from London, United Kingdom

  Priority Orders (UK ONLY)

  •  2-3 days processing and 2-4 days shipping, overall time 2-7 business days 

   Standard International Orders

  • 2-5 days processing and 5-7 days shipping, overall time 5-10 business days (US)

  Weekends and holidays not included

  SHIPPING ADDRESSES

  Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  We may not be able to accommodate address changes after your order has been placed.

  Please make sure, apartment numbers are provided and correct.

  CUSTOM CHARGES

  All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Souk + SIKAA has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.

  Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes, shipping fees are paid to the shipping company and duties and taxes are paid to your government. 

  Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Souk + SIKAA do not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address. 

  PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  Pre-order item(s) have their "Shipping Starts" date in the item description, it is the date they become available to start shipping out.

  Processing time will start on that date provided and will be 1-2 business days for express orders and 3-5 business days for standard orders.

  If your order has a pre-order item all the items will ship together.

  If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost charged to you

  ITEM NOT DELIVERED?

  If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed.

  If after contacting the shipping company you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at info@soukandsikaa.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

• Return Policy

  RETURNS

  Our policy lasts for 14 days after the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t approve a return request.

  Items must be received back at the return address within 5 days (UK Orders only) and 10 days (International Orders) from the return address provided date for your request to be approved. 

  Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. 

  All items must be returned in original condition (including packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. 

  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error made by us with the order.

  REFUNDS

  We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is returned to us within 14 days of receipt by you for UK/EU customers. If you are outside of the UK/EU, we can only offer exchanges or a store credit upon receipt of your returned items.

  EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
  We do not offer direct exchanges. Exchanges can be facilitated by using a STORE CREDIT.

  If it has been 7 business days and you haven't received your store credit, please contact at cs@soukandsikaa.com with your order number and return tracking number.

  CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS

  We do not accept returns on clearance/SALE items (ALL SALES ARE FINAL), they will be sent back to you AT YOUR OWN COST. If you do not pay the shipping cost for the item to be returned, after 30 days, your item will be recycled or discarded.

  DAMAGED ITEMS

  If you receive a defective, damaged or the incorrect item please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at cs@soukandsikaa.com so we can facilitate an exchange for you.

  CANCELLATION

  We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. To make sure you receive your order in time,  we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it , this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.

  EDITING AN ORDER

  Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you check out, we may not be able to edit the order before it ships out.

  We may not be able to make changes to your order after it is confirmed. Please make sure to add the correct items in the correct sizes plus any coupon codes you may have before placing your order

  PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

  Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
