What is 18k gold plated or Steel Silver mentioned in your items?

Do your items contain nickel?

All of our items contain a very small percentage of nickel. While many of our customers with nickel allergies have worn our jewelry without any issues, we can’t guarantee the same for everyone. I have sensitive skin, is your jewelry suitable for me?

Our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel with 18k gold or silver plating, making it durable and skin-friendly. While there’s a tiny amount of nickel, many customers with sensitivities wear it without issues but we have seen some minor situations. If unsure, test a small area first—your comfort comes first!

Will your items turn my skin green?

Nope! Most of our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel with 18k gold or silver plating or quality alloy metals, so it shouldn’t turn your skin green. How should I clean my Berry Red jewelry?

Buy now, or regret it later!  When ordering, the price displayed is the amount you pay to reserve and receive your piece. No further charges or payments are required.

If I change my mind, can I cancel my order and get my money back?

Due to the exclusive made-to-order nature of our production, all pre-orders are final sale. This means no cancellations or refunds once your order is placed. But don’t worry, if you have any questions or need assistance, just contact us—we’re always here to help and chat more! 

When will I receive my order?

Will other items purchased on the same order be shipped on a separate package?

Orders containing pre-sale items will not be shipped until all items, including the pre-sale products, are available for dispatch. To receive your available items sooner, we recommend purchasing pre-sale items separately from in-stock products. If I want to change my pre-order delivery address?

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

We've got you covered with our 2-year Colour Warranty!

What is the 2-year colour warranty?

If your jewelry shows any signs of discoloration from our stainless steel coating, we'll replace it—absolutely free. You deserve to sparkle worry-free! ( this only applies to ONLY our stainless steel items)

What does the 2-year colour warranty cover

Our 2-year Colour Warranty covers any discoloration issues that may occur with our stainless steel coated jewelry. We stand by the quality of our pieces, so if you experience genuine discoloration related to the stainless steel coating, we'll replace it—free of charge.

However, we do have a few conditions:

  • The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear like scratches.
  • If signs of abuse or improper care are found, we reserve the right to void the warranty.
  • Every claim will be carefully assessed by our team. If no valid discoloration is found, the warranty won’t apply.
  • Repeated claims without clear evidence or misuse may result in refusal of future warranty requests.
  • We want you to shine bright, but let's keep things fair and fabulous! 

What is not covered by the 2-year Colour Warranty

  • Our 2-year Color Warranty doesn’t cover enamel details, beads, shells, pearls, or any other embellishments. It also doesn’t include breakages, wear-and-tear, scratches, loss, or any accidents that may damage the jewelry.
  • Please note: Over time, the golden tone may darken slightly with use. A little TLC with a soft cloth and ethyl alcohol can bring back that shine, but this won’t trigger the warranty.
  • While the coating is durable and won’t wear off on its own, it can be scratched or compromised by impact. Our warranty doesn’t cover marks from normal use or handling.
  • Keep your jewelry shining, but remember—treat it with care, and it'll love you back! 

How do I activate the 2-year colour warranty cover

To check if your item qualifies for the Berry Red London 2-year Colour Warranty, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at info@berryredlondon.com. To evaluate if your item meets the warranty requirements, you’ll need to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Without these, the warranty will not be activated.

All decisions regarding warranty claims are final, and Berry Red London reserves the right to deny any activation requests. We’re here to help, so reach out and we’ll guide you through the process!

Track Order

How can I track my order

You can track your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click the link in the email to follow your package’s journey. If you’re unable to find the email, be sure to check your spam folder or reach out to our Customer Support Team at info@berryredlondon.com for help.

What if my order shows delivered but I don't have it?

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with your neighbors or anyone else who may have received the package on your behalf. If you still can't locate it, contact our Customer Support Team at info@berryredlondon.com with your order details. We’ll help you investigate the situation and find a solution as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost and you didn’t purchase shipping protection, unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for the lost item. We recommend checking with the carrier and your local postal service, as they may have more information. If you still need assistance, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at info@berryredlondon.com, and we’ll do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

Refused Packages

Please do not refuse a package, as it will be sent back to us and re-shipped only at the customer's expense. If the package remains unclaimed for 30 days, the product will be discarded. If you need assistance with your delivery, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@berryredlondon.com.

Return & Exchanges

What are your return and exchange policies for jewelry?

Please note, due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry items unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of non-jewelry items that are unworn, unused, and still have all security tags and labels attached, provided they are returned to us within 14 days of being shipped to customers in the UK/EU (this is subject to approval). For customers outside the UK/EU, store credit will be issued upon receipt and approval of your returned items.

We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges of clothing items that are unworn, unused, and still have all security tags and labels attached, as long as they are returned to us within 14 days of being shipped to customers in the UK/EU (this is subject to approval). For customers outside the UK/EU, store credit will be issued upon receipt and approval of your returned items.

Return Shipping Instructions

Please ship the item back with any carrier of your choice, but it must be sent within 5 days of your return/exchange approval. You will be responsible for the item until it’s safely delivered to Berry Red.

Make sure to package the item securely, and it must be returned in unused, unworn, and original resalable condition.

If the item is received otherwise, your return will be denied, and you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping fee to have it sent back to you.

How much is the return fee if I want a refund or an exchange?

There is no fee to return an item, but you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. A replacement will be shipped out within 3-7 working days after return approval. Please note that sale items or items purchased in the sale section are FINAL SALE and can only be returned if defective, in which case they will be issued as store credit. For return requests, kindly email info@berryredlondon.com with your order number and return details.

When will I receive my refund or store credit?

You’ll receive your refund once the returned items are received at our warehouse, processed and approved by our team. This may take up to 5 business days after the package is received. If eligible for store credit, you will receive it within 2 days of return approval. Please note, the refund amount may take 1 to 3 additional days to appear in your account due to the processing time for international bank transfers.

Returning wrong or defective items

If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@berryredlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your request, we require photos or videos showing the faulty or incorrect item. Once the issue is verified, we will offer either store credit/discount code for the value of the item or a replacement. Please note, we are not responsible for lost items during the exchange period or after.
