        EDITING AN ORDER

        Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you check out, we are unable to edit order before it ships out. Please ensure to add the correct items in the correct sizes plus any coupon codes you may have before placing your order

        PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

        Our prices change in response to demand, trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately, we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

        I BOUGHT A PRE-ORDER ITEM, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

        All pre-order items have a shipping date in the description.

        If your order has a pre-order item, all the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost.

        If you need your order by a specified date, kindly contact us before placing your order to make sure it is possible to get it by that date

        Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Berry Red London do not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address. 

        PRE-ORDER ITEMS

        Pre-order item(s) have their "Shipping Starts" date in the item description, it is the date they become available to start shipping out.

        Processing time will start on that date provided and will be 1-2 business days for express orders and 3-5 business days for standard orders.

        If your order has a pre-order item all the items will ship together.

        ITEM NOT RECEIVED?

        If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed.

        If after contacting the shipping company you still need assistance regarding locating your order, please contact us for assistance.

      • Return Policy

        RETURNS & REFUNDS

        We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of any non-jewellery items that is unworn/unused and in original condition that is returned to us within 14 days of shipped item to customer ( (UK/EU customers ONLY)

        Due to sanitary/hygiene reasons, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS of Jewellery items at this time. (unless a defective/ wrong item is received).

        All Customers outside of the UK/EU, will be issued a Store Credit upon the receipt and approval of the returned items. 14 days post-shipment, your return request will be declined.

        Items must be received back at the return address within 5 days (UK Orders Only) and 10 days (International Orders) from the date return address is provided.

        Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. 

        All items must be returned in original condition (including packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. 

        You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt, it takes about 5-7 working days to process your return/refund.

        EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
        At this time, we will ONLY replace accessories/jewellery items that are defective or damaged. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will be happy to send a replacement at NO COST to you.

        For Clothing Items, you will be required to follow our Returns Policy

        Pictures of defective items must be taken and sent to us as proof. In some cases, we will request that you ship the item back to us at your own cost. A replacement will be shipped out within 3-7 working days.

        If it has been 7 days and you haven't received your store credit, please contact us with your order number and return tracking number.

        CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS

        Sale items or items purchased in the sale section are FINAL SALE ONLY and can only be returned if defective for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

        DAMAGED ITEMS

        If you receive a defective, damaged or the incorrect item please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package so we can facilitate a replacement for you.
