    All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail, Evri and DPD and are fully trackable. We DO NOT deliver on Bank Holidays.

    PROCESSING TIME

    All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment centre by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. During the sale periods, the processing time can increase to 7 working days.

    After your payment is authorised and verified, standard orders can still take 4-5 business days to process. This is an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

    DELIVERY CLAIMS

    If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

    We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.

    Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

    Berry Red London does not accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

    OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

    If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

    While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Berry Red London reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

    Customs & Import fees 

    As all orders are currently shipped from England and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. We offer no import or duty advice, kindly check with your local authorities.

    USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

  • International Shipping Information

    CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

    As all orders are currently shipped from England and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

    Australia – All orders above AUS $1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, please check with the Department of Home Affairs for further info.

    New Zealand - All orders above NZD $60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the goods in the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.

    International deliveries will be shipped with Royal Mail, FEDEX/UPS or a local courier depending which service is selected.

    We cannot ship to PO Boxes in the U.S. or Australia.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of any non-jewellery items that is unworn/unused and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is returned to us within 14 days of shipped item to customer (UK/EU customers). All Customers outside of the UK/EU, will be issued a Store Credit upon the receipt and approval of your returned items.

Due to sanitary/hygiene reasons, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS of Jewellery items at this time. (unless a defective/ wrong item is received).

Simply email us for the return address at cs@berryredlondon.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

Here are the steps you need to follow to send any items back to us:

1. Pack your items securely in the original shipping bag it was sent in, ensure the items are not worn and all tags are still attached.
2. Purchase your shipping label ( please make sure it is secure / trackable mail) Package is not our responsibility until received by us.
3. Take your parcel to your local depot.
4. Once you have sent the item(s) please email us to provide us with proof of return AND tracking number (Without this the processing of your return will be delayed).
5. Once we receive and approve the item(s), We shall refund MINUS any shipping cost via your original payment method (UK/EU) or we shall send you a Store Credit via email (USA/International).
6. Upon receipt, it takes about 5-7 working days to process your return/refund.

Please note:
Store Credit will not include any previously paid shipping fee.
Sale items are FINAL SALE ONLY and can only be returned if defective for STORE CREDIT ONLY (All Customers)

At this time, we will ONLY replace Accessories items that are defective or damaged. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace the item at NO COST to you.

For Clothing Items, you will be required to follow our Returns Policy

Pictures of defective items must be taken and sent to us at info@berryredlondon.com as proof. In some cases, we will request that you ship the item back to us at your own cost. A replacement will be shipped out within 3-7 working days.

Sale Items

Sale items or items purchased in the sale section are FINAL SALE ONLY and can only be returned if defective for STORE CREDIT ONLY (All Customers). Kindly email cs@berryredlondon.com with your order number and return request.

Please note: Store Credit will not include any previously paid shipping fee.
